Around Halloween of 2006, Roy Steves approached me with the idea of making a graphic novel based on my earlier short story, The Barrier City. Roy can do fantastic things with photographic imagery, and I can try to keep up in words, so of course I agreed!

The project began in earnest the week of November 20, when I laid out the first few pages of the Barrier City graphic novel. I'll keep this space updated with our progress. We're both very excited about working on this project, and from what I've seen it'll be a very slick production!
